Job summary

Total Wine & More in Florida is seeking a Supervisor to assist store management in growing our brand and delivering best-in-class service. You’ll lead front-end operations, support training, and help maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year supervisory retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with POS and inventory systems. This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and a commitment to customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and a welcoming store environment.
• Supervise team members and train/develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with laws related to alcohol sale and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
