In this role, you will be referred to as Supervisor, report to store management, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in retail, with 1+ year in a supervisor role.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory software required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team and support training and development.
• Drive service and sales KPIs and ensure compliance.
