Job summary

SKIMS in the United States (Illinois) is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor. You will lead by example, mentor Team Members, and model outstanding customer experiences while upholding brand values.

You will coach on selling, product knowledge, and styling, manage zone execution and store operations, and partner with leaders to hit KPIs while maintaining a positive, inclusive environment and strong visual standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail (fashion preferred).
• Strong leadership by example and ability to motivate a fast-paced team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset on the floor, delivering warm, personalized service.
• Drive performance as Sales Floor Captain through zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations follow cash handling, opening/closing, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments, fostering learning agility within the team.
• Assist training and onboarding of new Team Members and reinforce standards and policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help the leadership team achieve store KPIs by tracking sales and celebrating wins.
• Monitor inventory levels, visual standards, and product availability throughout the day.
• Communicate openly with the team to build an inclusive culture and address issues promptly.
