SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to lead the sales floor, model exceptional customer experiences, and foster a high-performing, inclusive team. You will guide daily operations, coach Team Members in selling and product knowledge, and help drive store performance.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, training, and maintaining brand standards while ensuring a positive shopping environment for guests and a cohesive team culture. Full-time availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail is required.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach for selling, product knowledge, and customer connection.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset delivering warm, personalized service.
• Drive performance as Sales Floor Captain through zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations follow principles of Operational Excellence (opening/closing, cash handling, cleanliness).
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, and styling support.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments, promoting Learning Agility.
• Support onboarding and training of new Team Members; reinforce standards and policies.
