SKIMS, a leading brand in underwear, loungewear, and shapewear, seeks a Supervisor to drive daily results and lead on the sales floor. You will coach Team Members, manage daily operations, and uphold brand values while creating an inclusive, high-performing store environment.

You will lead with a customer-obsessed mindset, guide performance, and ensure tasks are completed with excellence. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory/management role in retail.
• Passion for SKIMS brand and inclusivity.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with warm, personalized service and model customer-obsessed behavior.
• Drive performance as Sales Floor Captain through zone management, coaching, and team motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks, opening/closing, cash handling, and store cleanliness are executed.
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, and styling aligned to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments, fostering learning agility within the team.
• Assist training and onboarding of new Team Members and reinforce standards and store policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help leadership achieve store KPIs by tracking sales, setting goals, and celebrating wins.
• Collaborate with leaders to monitor inventory, visuals, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to inspire and build an inclusive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, speed, and ownership.
• Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with Store/Assistant Leaders.
