SKIMS is seeking a Supervisory leader to drive daily results on the sales floor, modeling exceptional customer experiences and fostering an inclusive, high-performing team environment. You will support daily operations, coach teammates in real-time, and bring SKIMS values to life during every shift.

As a Supervisor, you will lead with a customer-obsessed mindset, manage zone performance, and ensure standards in product knowledge, selling skills, and store execution.

Formación

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, fashion or related industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a bias for customer service and inclusivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, intentional service on the floor.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks and priorities are executed with Operational Excellence, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
