Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florence, AL to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store brands.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, handling cash duties, and ensuring regulatory compliance across store operations. Responsibilities include educating customers on products, processing transactions, and coordinating with store leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own reliable transportation with a valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and educate customers on product options.
• Escalate issues to store management when needed.
• Answer inquiries via phone and in person with courtesy and accuracy.
• Perform cash handling including deposits and drawer reconciliation.
• Process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) per company policy.
• Adhere to federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Complete required compliance trainings.
