Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to be a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store in the local district. You will ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance while supporting daily operations.

You will educate customers on product options, manage cash handling, and supervise staff to meet daily goals, upholding our values of accountability and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product portfolio and options meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store management when needed and follow up.
• Handle currency and cash drawer, processing deposits and bank pickups.
• Balance receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Process transactions per company policy including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
