Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Notary License preferred; prior supervisory experience.
• 2+ years related experience working with customers/sales.
• Strong organization, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and lead others; use Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day team activities to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead and coach staff on service, product advice and sales activities.
• Oversee teller, platform and customer escalations; manage risk and compliance.
• Maintain store procedures, cash handling, vault control and audits.
• Engage customers with consultative financial guidance and referrals.
