Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and monitor store environment.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling store information.
• Strong analytical skills to review business trends and outcomes.
• Positive demeanor, posture and energetic greetings are essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with disciplined decision making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to deter theft.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Greet customers warmly and provide confident, friendly service while promoting security.
• Support and train associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
• Communicate theft prevention information during store rallies and with store leadership.
