Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part‑time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth store operations. You will lead staff when managers are away, help with opening/closing procedures, and maintain a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory skills and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical thinking and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities needed.
• Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of manager, ensuring execution and procedures.
• Assist customers and resolve questions while upholding CVS customer service standards.
• Merchandise planning, stocking, pricing, displays and weekly promotional setups.
