Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and uphold exceptional customer service. This full-time role leads the team in management and ensures smooth opening/closing operations when managers are away.

You'll supervise staff, assist customers, and execute merchandising plans while maintaining confidentiality and a strong CVS customer-service culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain displays; execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandising.
