Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. When managers are not onsite, you will lead store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when management is not onsite and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to drive store execution.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain customer confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly/promotional displays.
