Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. In the absence of managers, you will lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications include deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, and strong communication and supervision abilities, with a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, and weekends.

• Preferred: experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and supervise daily operations.
• Collaborate with store management and crews to drive store execution and performance.
• Assist customers and address questions and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly/promotional displays and inventory.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are completed and confidentiality is maintained.
