CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing tasks.

You will supervise daily activities, price and stock merchandise, and maintain an inviting, well-organized store environment while upholding confidentiality and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Must show deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and assist in opening/closing procedures when manager or supervisor is absent.
• Assist customers, resolve questions, and uphold CVS customer service standards.
