Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering strong store execution and customer service. When managers are unavailable, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain smooth operations while upholding company standards.

Role requires adaptability to early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; prior retail supervision is preferred. This full-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Direct and follow up on activities to ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems, and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help, and thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage, inventory, and maintenance of weekly and promotional items.
• Reset departments following planograms.
