Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence at CVS/pharmacy. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain smooth store operations.

The position requires strong communication and supervisory skills, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and handle questions, problems and complaints to promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays, and ensure weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise is correctly presented.
