Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead the staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and customer service remains top-notch.

You will supervise routines, communicate with management, assist customers, and maintain confidentiality while ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are updated, and promotions are executed according to planograms.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on activities and communicate with management.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture; handle customer relations per policy while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventories per planograms, and reset departments as needed.
