Job summary

CVS Health in Woburn, MA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead the staff when no manager is onsite, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help build consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when management is not on site and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
