Job summary

CVS Health in Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are absent, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed.

The role requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, supervisory experience, and a willingness to work early mornings, overnights, or weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
• Experience as a retail supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and coordinate activities.
• Communicate information between store management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and store presentation.
