Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and loyalty through excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

This full-time role requires strong communication, supervision, and analytical skills, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends. Base pay ranges from $16.50 to $24.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and ensure weekly promotions are executed.
