Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when management is not on site, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires strong communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills, with a 40-hour work week and a pay range of $16.50 to $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and work with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store staff by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and execute displays and inventory.
• Reset departments after planograms and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
