Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, lead staff in the absence of a manager, and ensure smooth operations with a strong focus on customer service.

You will supervise crews, manage opening/closing procedures, price and stock merchandise, assist customers, and uphold store policies. This full-time, 40-hour week position offers a competitive benefits package. Pay ranges from $16.50 to $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical abilities and basic computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision capabilities are required.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks, and communicate effectively with management and staff.
• Merchandise presentation: price, stock shelves, set up displays and manage weekly promos.
