Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Massachusetts. This role supports the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service, and leads staff when managers are not onsite.

You will help open and close the store, supervise daily tasks, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience for customers.

The position offers hourly pay between $17.00 and $26.00, with eligibility for benefits based on hours worked, and a team focused on care, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
• Experience as a retail supervisor

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, offer help, and thank customers.
• Handle customer relations in accordance with policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory.
