Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are absent, you lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise crew, communicate with management, assist customers, and maintain shelves and displays per weekly plans. 36 hours weekly, pay range $16.50-$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of manager, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store staff and direct activities to support store execution.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain merchandising, price, stock, and displays per planograms.
• Handle customer relations while protecting confidentiality.
