Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the General Manager in leading store operations and staff. You will oversee daily procedures, ensure customer satisfaction, and help maintain compliance with company standards.

The role emphasizes supervision, coaching, cash handling, and effective communication with customers and team members in a fast-paced retail environment. This position is full-time and requires availability for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.), comprehends safety procedures, and utilize telecommunications devices.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel and daily operations.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs; communicate changes to employees.
• Provide coaching and development to the team to meet objectives and service standards.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations; maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance; perform other tasks assigned by management.
