Job summary

Trulieve in Miami, FL is seeking a Shift Supervisor – Full Time to lead store operations, assist the General Manager, and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires prior management experience in retail or customer service, cash handling, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Up to 40 hours weekly with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
• Must have prior cash handling experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.), comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunication devices
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely

Responsibilities

• Assume duties of a key-holding supervisor for opening/closing and basic supervision
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations
• Communicate and implement company SOPs
• Coach, train, and develop the team to meet service standards
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
