Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the General Manager in leading store staff and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, customer service, and achievement of performance metrics in a fast-paced retail environment.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma, prior management experience in retail or customer service, cash handling skills, and strong communication abilities with confidentiality. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures with supervision of staff.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.

• Monitor store inventory.
• Handle patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with partners.
• Follow SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
