Qualifications

• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and supervise staff.
• Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising.
• Monitor store inventory and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with SOPs.
