Job summary

Trulieve in Florida is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the General Manager in leading daily store operations and staff. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring regulatory compliance and achievement of KPIs.

The position requires a High School Diploma, prior retail supervision or cash-handling experience, and strong communication skills in English. The work schedule is up to 40 hours per week with evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Must have prior cash handling experience.
