Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Leader Trainer who will develop and deliver training for Store Managers, ensuring operations align with policy, budget, and donor expectations. You will coach leaders, oversee SOP adherence, manage budgets, and collaborate with District Directors to roll out training initiatives across the region; travel may be required within the territory.

Familiarity with Donated Goods Retail standards, strong communication, and forklift certification are required;

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of Store Manager experience; Goodwill experience preferred.
• Five (5) years in a supervisory role (30+ employees) in a Donated Goods Retail leadership position.
• Excellent oral and written English; interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Must have forklift certification and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to changing environments.

Aufgaben

• Manages and coordinates activities of all store leader training.
• Oversees adherence to SOPs and best practices in the Donated Goods Retail department.
• Delivers results in team, operations, finance, and service with store appearance.
• Manages budgets and expenditures to meet goals.
• Coordinates training initiatives with District Directors across districts.
• Serves as trainer for new and current store managers and participates in the Business College.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise store team members.
• Greet and assist donors/guest; resolve complaints with management.
• Maintain store records, conduct monthly meetings, and ensure safety standards.
