Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, opening/closing tasks, and promote the membership program to build loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure cleanliness, safety and procedures compliance.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the POS and support promotions and events.
• Promote the store’s membership program to foster customer loyalty.
