Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, staff training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, ensure store standards, and handle cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and cash management across locations.

You will also lead by example, engage customers, and promote the store's loyalty program, all while maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere aligned with MINISO USA's promise of Life is for Fun.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed to the Store Manager.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
