Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role drives KPIs and upholds store standards while supporting cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and shipment processing.

You will actively promote the store’s membership program to boost customer loyalty and help create a positive, energetic environment aligned with Life is for Fun for both team and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure clean, safe, compliant operations.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
