Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required cash functions.
• Manage deliveries by opening back door and supporting inventory flow.
• Provide service, resolve issues, and ensure a delightful customer experience.
• Maintain store integrity: pricing, signage, and basic housekeeping across departments.
• Assist with order exceptions, returns, and cash handling duties as needed.
• Support training, coaching, and communication between management and staff.
