Job summary

Royal Farms in Baltimore, MD is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to oversee store operations on duty. As the Person in Charge when no senior manager is present, you will support management in customer service, product availability, safety, and execution of programs while driving sales and cost controls.

You will lead a team, ensure food/beverage execution, maintain store appearance, manage shift tasks, adhere to policies, and help develop staff to meet company standards and goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities
