Royal Farms in College Park, MD seeks a part-time Shift Leader to manage store operations during on‑duty hours. You will act as the Person in Charge and support management in customer service, food service execution, and safety. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and accountability.

You will oversee shift tasks, inventory, safety compliance, and vendor relations while promoting excellent customer experiences and store performance.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Person in Charge when senior leadership is not present, overseeing shift operations.
• Handle POS transactions, vendor check-in, and cash control adherence.
• Ensure safety, policies, procedures, and asset protection across store operations.
• Oversee 24/7 food service and beverage execution, including ordering and production planning.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and equipment upkeep.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Follow safety, security, and SOP procedures; uphold brand standards.
