Royal Farms in Maryland is seeking a Team Leader to oversee store operations during shifts and act as the person in charge when a senior leader is absent. You will drive customer service, product availability, safety, and cost controls while supporting the management team.

You will coach and train team members, manage POS activities, and ensure food service standards and store cleanliness. Prior supervisory experience in food service or retail is preferred.
