Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a capable team member to support store operations and customer experience. You will assist opening and closing the store, manage cash handling, process returns, and ensure shelves and stock rooms are ready for business hours.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, coach peers, and help maintain pricing, inventory, and back-door access for deliveries. Prior supervisory or key holder experience is preferred; English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience with cash handling and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required systems start-ups.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Engages customers and patients, greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
