Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management and handle required cash procedures.
• Process product returns, refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience and assist customers with products and services.
• Greet customers, assist with products, resolve issues, and maintain a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper pricing and signage.
