Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to support store operations, enhance customer experiences, and ensure proper cash handling when management is unavailable. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, assisting customers, and maintaining inventory and displays. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is valued, along with English fluency and, if applicable, pharmacy licensing

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
