Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at tills.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure positive experience.
• Maintains store keys and opens/closes without management; supports vendor deliveries through backdoor access.
• Records sales, scans, price verifications, and voids; assists with order exceptions and reverse logistics.
• Develops displays, performs resets, and maintains pricing and signage per regulations.
• Keeps accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization; supports stock rotation and labeling.
