Job summary

Walgreens stores are seeking a capable team member to support operations when management is not present. You will open and close the store, handle cash transactions, and ensure the floor and backroom are ready for business hours.

Additionally, you will engage customers, resolve issues, and assist with returns, refunds, pricing changes, and merchandising while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with store policies.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles cash.
• Manages returns, refunds, and cash drops with accuracy.
• Delivers a distinctive customer experience and assists customers.
• Maintains inventory, pricing, and displays per policy.
