Responsibilities

• Opens/closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Handles returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greets customers and assists with products and services, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Models customer service best practices and supports a proactive service mindset.
• Maintains store keys and opens/closes, helps with vendor deliveries through back door.
• Registers all sales accurately, reviews price verifications and voids, and notes errors.
• Assists in order release exceptions, returns, and reverse logistics.
• Enforces proper pricing, signage, and local regulatory compliance; updates price changes daily.
• Maintains inventory accuracy across departments, stockroom, and overstock areas.
• Supports outbound and inbound logistics, including handling various paperwork.
• Assists with displays, resets, and seasonal promotion setup.
• Adheres to company policies and collaborates respectfully with coworkers.
• Attends training programs and completes required PPLs.
