Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of leadership or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or state pharmacy license as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store duties, cash handling, and stock readiness.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change.
• Assist customers with products and services; resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory counts and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Register sales; record scanning errors; review price verifications and voids.
• Assist with displays, restocking, and backroom organization.
