You will ensure excellent service, coach team members, and uphold store standards while meeting sales targets and maintaining compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in retail with some supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience in cash handling, inventory management, and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates during shifts, ensuring policy adherence, service quality, and task completion.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and cash drawer reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate products, and communicate shortages to management.
• Support health and safety standards and emergency procedures.
