Responsibilities include customer service excellence, inventory control, scheduling, budgeting support, and safety compliance, with a focus on driving sales and reducing waste.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or convenience store management experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Valid and current State Driver's License is Required

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new employees.
• Delegate tasks and oversee daily activities of store associates.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, and shelving.
• Help drive sales by promoting store products and services.
• Ensure store operations comply with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Prepare reports for the Store Manager related to daily sales, inventory, and store performance.
