Job summary

The Store Manager will manage inventory, promotions, budgeting, and health and safety compliance while building a customer-first culture and ensuring operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or convenience store management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer focus.
• Ability to resolve operational and customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing store budgets, achieving sales targets, and analyzing financial reports.
• Proficient in POS systems and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and enforce policies and procedures.
• Ensure store is stocked, organized, clean, and fully operational.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through promotions and displays.
• Lead staff, recruit, train, and schedule within budget.
• Manage inventory levels and restocking, audit stock.
• Handle cash and prepare financial reports with accuracy.
• Implement in-store promotions and engage with the local community.
