Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years in retail or convenience store environment, with some supervisory experience.
• Experience in cash handling, inventory management, and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates during shifts, ensuring adherence to policies and excellent service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and cash drawer reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and notify management of shortages.
• Maintain health and safety standards and proper procedures.
• Complete shift reports and assist in sales target achievement.
