The role requires 1–2 years in food service, knowledge of safety regulations, and the ability to train staff while managing inventory and cash handling where applicable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of kitchen staff during shifts, ensuring safety and service quality.
• Train new staff on food prep techniques, safety, and customer service expectations.
• Resolve staff and customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee food preparation, ensure quality, and monitor temperatures and cleanliness.
• Manage shift inventory, FIFO rotation, and restocking needs.
• Assist with cash handling and shift closing duties.
